Processing & Shipping

• Orders ship within 1–3 business days.

• Flat-rate shipping on all orders under $150.

• Free shipping on orders over $75.

• Standard delivery takes about 5–7 business days.

• We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, send us a note at heygirl@nurain.us, and we’ll help sort it out.
